Effects of theory driving test
People who are professional drivers and are taking part in different rallies organized around the world have a very risky job to do. I think you will agree with me on this one. They might die any instance if they do a wrong move or hesitate for a second. I guess that they are aware of that but they simply love doing it as this is their hobby. They think that emotions connected with it are worth the sacrifice. What is important in their job is the reflex and the speed they make their decision with. There is usually just a second to think about the consequences (they would rather not think about them I guess) and the best option. Actually those things like reflex are also very important in case of all drivers. Even such as you and me. Very often we are part of dangerous situations on the road in which we have to think and act fast in order to get out of them alive. Sadly it was proven that theory driving test decreases our abilities in this matter. Because of the form of this exam, when we are in such risky situation we think slowly as our brain is trying to find a representation of a given situation in the exam. That is why there was hazard perception test introduced besides theory driving test. I think that is a great solution that other countries should think of as well.
